Volunteer

Interested in speaking?

The ISSA Austin Chapter has monthly chapter meetings, a conference, and several full-day trainings each year. Our chapter members and event attendees are diverse so we are looking for topics in many areas including Information Security, Information Risk Management, IT Auditing, and other related topics. The content could focus on a technical, management, executive, or a combined level audience. Monthly chapter meeting presentations should be between 60 and 90 minutes, conference sessions should be 60 minutes, and full-day training should have 6 to 8 hours of content.

Our chapter is always looking for interested speakers for our chapter meetings and instructors for educational opportunities. If you are interested in either please contact our Education Director with your proposal for consideration by the board. Our chapter has a Chapter Meeting Speakers and Sponsors Policy.  Please review this policy before submitting your proposal.
